Vacuuming

I had a strange dream last night. I dreamed that I was vacuuming the carpet in our basement and the carpet was covered with mashed potatoes, dirt and small sticks. The carpet was so bad I had to sweep the dirt up first and vacuum second. By the way, vacuums don't work on mashed potatoes very well (at least it didn't in my dream). I think I need to vacuum my carpet. I was sitting looking at it last night and thought I needed to vacuum, but seriously, mashed potatoes?
